By placing an order at r87qbu-v5.myshopify.com, you agree to the return and refund terms below.

1.1 Return Qualification

We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your items. All returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items damaged by personal use will not be accepted for return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following products are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Clearance, discounted and promotional items
  • Custom & personalized products
  • Personal hygiene goods
  • Gift cards and digital products

1.3 Return Steps

Please contact our customer support with your order number and return reason before sending items back. We will issue a return authorization and provide the shipping address. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

1.4 Return Shipping Fee

  • For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the buyer covers all return shipping fees. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • If items are defective, wrong or damaged due to our mistake, we will pay for return shipping. You may choose a full refund or free replacement.

1.5 Refund Arrangement

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider. Partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition.
