This policy governs all delivery rules for orders placed on our store.

3.1 Order Processing

All orders will be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or peak shopping seasons may be slightly delayed.

3.2 Delivery Time

We support worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Standard international shipping takes 7–25 business days. Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics, weather and busy seasons.

3.3 Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, size and delivery destination. Free shipping may be offered during promotions, subject to event rules.

3.4 Customs & Import Charges

International parcels may incur import duties, taxes and clearance fees from the destination country. All extra fees are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for customs delays, detention and related charges caused by local import regulations.

3.5 Package Tracking & Loss

Once shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will provide a full refund or reshipment.

3.6 Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or buyer refusal will not get full refund. To reship, you need to pay extra shipping fees; otherwise, we will refund only product value, excluding original shipping cost.
